Ryan Fiske is the owner and founder of RF Entertainment, a role he has held since 2021; combining decades of live-music experience with a passion for building relationships in the entertainment industry. His journey began as a child behind the drum kit, but at 19 he picked up a guitar - and from that moment forward he's never left the stage. 

Since 2005, Ryan has served as the Lead Singer and Band Leader of of the GoodMan Fiske Band, one of the most recognizable and in-demand bands throughout the Delaware Valley and surrounding regions. Years of performing at top venues, festivals, and private events allowed him to cultivate an extensive network of musicians, venue owners, and industry professionals. 

Today, Ryan uses those connections through RF Entertainment to curate and book high-quaility entertainment across a wide range of venues throughout the Tri-State area. His hands-on experience as both performer and organizer gives him a unique perspective - understanding what audiences want, what venues need, and how to create unforgettable nights of live entertainment. 

Mike Lally has been playing guitar since the age of 11 and performing in front of crowds since he was just 13.  While music has always been at the center of his life, it wasn't always his full-time career. Beginning in 2009, he fronted a successful cover band while building a professional background in finance and business development. 

Rooted in the belief that strong relationships are the foundation of lasting success, Mike takes great pride in honoring commitments, doing the right thing and leading with honesty and trust. In 2021, he made the decision to follow his heart and pursue music full-time. The following year he joined RF Entertainment, where he now seamlessly combines his passion for live music with his strenghts in networking, venue relations and business development - helping create meaningful experiences for artists, venues and audiences alike. 

Paul Lipscomb works with RF Entertainment handling venue & artist bookings and social media marketing, collaborating with venue and performers to keep live entertainment organized, consistent and running smoothly. 

Outside of RF Entertainment, Paul is a licensed real estate agent, a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan and a proud South Jersey native from Hammonton, NJ. Known for his energy, reliability and easy-to-work-with approach, he focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with both venues and artists. 

Joseph DePalma (aka Joey Videoy) is a local video director and editor based in South Jersey. Starting at an early age, Joseph always had a passion for telling stories and making videos. At age 21, he packed up and left for Hollywood, CA, where he attended The Los Angeles Film School and earned a Degree in Film. Thereafter, Joseph landed a job with a production company based out of Nashville, TN, Empire Range Productions, as 2nd Assistant Camera, as well as working in Empire’s Grip & Electric Department. The skills he has acquired and experience working with various artists and companies over the years have enabled Joseph to start his own production company, TYU Films, and continue to pursue his career as a filmmaker.
